Shipping
Are you located in Canada? Great! We offer free shipping on orders over $175 CAD (before tax). If your order is under $175, than we offer $15 flat rate shipping for BC and AB, and $20 for the rest of the country. Currently we do not ship out of country.
Delivery
If you spend $50 in the Nanaimo/Ladysmith area, delivery is free! Otherwise, the delivery charge is $5 (for orders $20 and up).
Simply place your address within the checkout screen to see if you are eligible. For delivery, we prefer contactless pickup and flexible drop off times for our drivers. If you have specific drop off instructions, please write them in comments at check out. Thank you!
Pick Up
We are now offering pickup in Central Nanaimo! You can chose this option at checkout. Please allow 2-3 business days for us to pack up your order. When your order is ready for pick up you will receive an email with the pickup location and further instructions.
