Local orders placed before Friday at 1:00pm will be delivered the following Saturday and Sunday. Please make sure to add any special information we might require for successful delivery in the notes at checkout.

Yes! We are now offering pickup in Central Nanaimo. You can chose this option at checkout. When your order is ready for pick up you will receive an email with the pickup location.

We clothing, shoes, accessories, small toys and books for children aged 0-12 that are in new or excellent condition. For more information, you can view a detailed list of preferred items here.

1)Please make sure your items are freshly laundered, free of stains and wash wear.

2)Place them in a secure box labelled with your name and contact information.

3)Connect with us here to drop off your items (or we can pick up if you have an order for delivery.

With Tags: The item is assumed to never have been worn or washed.

Great: This means the item shows little to no wear and tear.

Good: This means the item has held up well with minimal wear and tear.

Fair: This means there may be some wear and tear (piling, etc).

Play: This has more significant wear or a minor defect.

After 8 weeks, if your items are not sold we will notify you by email to pick up your items within 7 days. Any items not picked up within 7 days will donated.

Items are donated to many local charities such as:

Big Deals Boutique - Supports programs at Big Brothers Big Sisters of Central Vancouver Island.

Haven Society - Supports women, children and families.

Currently we are online only. We hope to have pop up events planned for the future, stay tuned!

We sell mostly preloved items. If we receive an unworn or unopened consignment item, we will add it to the description "With Tags".

We have also carefully selected some of our favourite local Canadian brands to carry new retail items that you can find here.

Shipping is free on orders over $175 CAD. Orders under $175 are a flat rate of $15 for BC + AB, and $20 for the rest of Canada.

We repurpose our packaging as much as we can so each package may look different.

Our payout price is 50% of the sale.

Payouts are updated twice a month, on the 1st and 15th. E-transfers are sent once payouts reach $50.00 or at the end of the 8 week consignment term. If we agree to extend your consignment period, payouts will continue to happen once they reach $50 or once you request them.

If you spend over $50 in the Nanaimo area, delivery is free! Otherwise, the delivery charge is $5 (for orders $20 and up). We also have delivery to Ladysmith for $5.
