What day do you deliver?
Local orders placed before Friday at 1:00pm will be delivered the following Saturday and Sunday. Please make sure to add any special information we might require for successful delivery in the notes at checkout.

Can I pickup my items?
Yes! We are now offering pickup in Central Nanaimo. You can chose this option at checkout. When your order is ready for pick up you will receive an email with the pickup location.

What items can I sell with you?
We clothing, shoes, accessories, small toys and books for children aged 0-12 that are in new or excellent condition. For more information, you can view a detailed list of preferred items here.

How do I sell with you?
1)Please make sure your items are freshly laundered or cleaned, free of stains and wash wear.
2)Place them in a secure box labelled with your name and contact information.
3)Connect with us here to organize a time for us to pick up your items. Please include your address and preferred date of pick up.

What are the condition types?
New w/ tags: The item has never been worn.
Great: This means the item shows none or close to no wear and tear.
Good: This means the item has held up well with minimal wear and tear.
Fair: This means there may be some wear and tear. This could include some pilling, stretched fabric, etc.

What happens to unsold items?
After 8 weeks, if your items are not sold we will notify you by email to pick up your items within 7 days. Any items not picked up within 7 days will donated.

Are you only online?
Currently we are online only. We hope to have pop up events planned for the future, stay tuned!

Do you sell any new items?
We sell preloved items. If we receive an unworn or unopened items from a seller, we will add it to the description as New with Tags.

How much is shipping?
Shipping is free on orders over $150 CAD. Orders under $150 are a flat rate of $15.

What to expect with my package?
We repurpose our packaging as much as we can so each package may look different.

What is the payout price for Consignors?
Our payout price is 50% of the sale.

How long until I get paid out?
After 8 weeks, you will receive an e-transfer for the items that have sold. If we agree to extend your consignment period, payouts will happen once they reach $50 or when you request them.

How much is Local delivery?
If you spend over $50 in the Nanaimo area, delivery is free! Otherwise, the delivery charge is $5 (for orders $20 and up). We also have delivery to Ladysmith for $5.
