There's an outdoor area with a playground, a covered patio with toys and an inside area as well. It starts with play time and ends with a story/song. This facility has lots of resources so it's a great intro step to possibly find more support.

This beautiful library has a great structured mix of story, songs, & visual props to keep everyone engaged. (Downtown Nanaimo & Ladysmith libraries also have this on different days and not as busy).

Use our LEGO® to create a masterpiece. Each month features a different theme and we’ll display your creations in the branch so everyone can see them! Drop-in, no registration required. Program runs the first Wednesday of every month.

This lit up walk is through a twinkling forest. There is some drinks and snacks you can purchase and the walk is stroller friendly. Admission is by donation. Suggested $8/Adults, $4/Child or $20/Household
Dec 7: Cheeseworks Christmas on the Farm (Parksville)

Bundle up and and enjoy a range of kid's activities, Christmas crafts, live music, wagon rides, holiday shopping, hot chocolate, popcorn & music. Fun for the whole family!
Please park at Morningstar Golf Course to hop on a wagon ride to the farm.

Sing-Along to Classic Christmas Carols inside Parksville's old Knox Heritage Church on the grounds of Parksville Museum. Stay warm inside our heated chapel, and cuddle up with blankets as you take part in this classic holiday tradition. Hot cocoa, kids activities, photo with santa, lights! Limited Seating.
